Return Policy

At Living The Van Life, we want you to be happy with your order.

Because our merchandise is produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@livingthevanlife.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

Once we review your claim, we’ll gladly replace the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost.
